INCONTRO DI MEDITAZIONE - MEDITATION SEMINAR

La meditazione Zen è una delle abitudini più efficaci per concentrarsi e rilassarsi. Le tecniche di respirazione usate oggi, ad esempio, sono molto antiche e nella società occidentale non solo chi pratica lo yoga, bensì milioni di persone le utilizzano per ottenere maggiore concentrazione, rilassarsi, ridurre lo stress e persino rafforzare le difese immunitarie. Aumentare la quantità di ossigeno che arriva alle cellule del corpo e del cervello può infatti portare un incremento del benessere psicofisico ed eliminare molto dello stress della vita quotidiana.

Breathing techniques used today, are very old and for example in Western society not only those who practice yoga, but millions of people use them to get more focus, to relax, reduce stress and even strengthen the immune system. An increase in the amount of oxygen that gets to the cells of the body and brain can bring an increase in wellbeing and eliminates much of the stress of everyday life.

Caccia alle uova di Pasqua

Come di consueto la comunità di Craft si è riunita per lo scambio degli auguri di Buona Pasqua nella sim Chameleon che per l' occasione è diventata scenario di una divertentissima caccia all ' uovo realizzata da Tosha Tyran. La sim sarà online per qualche giorno..per chi volesse partecipare alla caccia le uova sono ancora li :)

As usual the Craft community gathered for the exchange of best wishes for a Happy Easter in the sim Chameleon for the 'occasion has become the scene of a funny hunting all' egg made by Tosha Tyran. The sim will be online for a few days.....per those wishing to participate in the hunt the eggs are still there :)

Nuove isole in arrivo a Craft World: SENSATION MILLENNIUM e SENSATION CITY

Il terreno ormai è pronto, tutto è pronto!

Fantastiche note musicali si diffonderanno nell’arcipelago di Craft dove nascono due nuove sim: SENSATION MILLENNIUM e SENSATION CITY.

La prima, Sensation Milennium [Slurl opensim: http://slurl.com/secondlife/SENSATION%20MILLENNIUM/128/128/2], dedicata alla Musica. La seconda, Sensation City [Slurl opensim: http://slurl.com/secondlife/SENSATION%20CITY/128/128/2], offrirà stallo e riparo ai viandanti che decideranno soggiornare e godersi la magia di Craft World, grid basata su software opensim.

La giornata inaugurale che si terrà venerdì 25 marzo 2016, prevede incontri di socializzazione ed esplorazione h24, visite guidate (e non) ai Musei della musica “Jim Morrison” e “David Bowie”, al famoso “Hard Rock Caffè Craft”, nella “Black Sensation” citta ispirata a Batman, Joker e il crimine organizzato dove si suona musica nera, visita agli spazi offerti ai nuovi residenti e indicazioni sulle “maggiori” isole ospitate dalla grid (Museo del Metaverso, Catania, ecc.).

Per la serata invece, alle ore 22.00, Musica leggendaria di The Doors e David Bowie nel magnifico scenario delle installazioni museali virtuali delle isole di Sensation Millennium a Craft  by Chanel Hurricane “The Sensation FM ”.
